Key Points:
Battle hard for the loose puck. Defense and goalie must communicate and D must play from the defensive side. Forwards should double team along the boards to gain the puck and cycle to create openings as well as change the point of attack by passing behind the net.
Description:
1. Start with D1-D2 on the Goal line and F1-F2-F3 at the top of the circles.
2. D's skate to the dots and coach dump the puck in.
3. F1-2-3 and D1-2 battle for the loose puck.
4. Play a low 3-2.
5. Play until a goal, frozen puck or D carries the puck over the top of the circles.
