Puck Handling Instruction Using Demonstration, Individual Practice and Small Area Games
In this video the players are instructed in the Russian Puck Handling Routine, they go into small groups to practice the technique and the ice is divided into 4 areas in the D8 Formation using dividers. There are 8 nets for small games. Each game has a rule modification so the players practice skills like escape moves or good habits.
