B5 - Scoring On Rebounds - Sw
1 - Place a net in the slot face down with the top facing out.
2 - One shooter on each side at the top of the circles.
3 - One attacker front the defender in front of the net.
4 - Alternate side shooting on the ice against the extra net.
5 - Attacker spin free to find the rebound and step around the extra net to take a shot.
6 - Do 4 reps each.
