I just met with Cliff Hendrickson who was Canadian Champion racquetball player and played college and semi pro hockey. He repairs one piece hockey sticks.
Cliff showed me cutouts of blades and shaft from the big companies. They are not very well made and sell for hundreds of dollars as all players and coaches already know. He can repair any part of the stick. He also showed me the ISAC stick made in Sweden. It has much stronger construction and reinforcement and weighs the same. http://www.isacsport.com

My plan is for my team to get the Swedish stick next year and have them repaired when broken. It will take our stick budget a lot farther.
