The only other two I know of are in Salzburg and Mannheim Germany. I am sure there are others but those are the ones I know about and they are both good.
I think St. Polten will get better every year. This was year one and they are just getting the program going.

I am a 96th and actually playing in the Okanagan Hockey Academy Europe (ohseurope.com).
For the next season I may gonna stay or go to a better place for my development.
Do you now any other hockey schools/academies in Europe?
