With only one second left the only way to score is to shoot off the faceoff; so I wouldn't pull the goalie. If there were 2 or 3 seconds left and we led 5-0 I wouldn't pull the goalie unless another goal meant we make the playoffs or continue in a tournament.
It would be poor sportsmanship.

Okay guys, here's the scenario:
Your winning a tournament championship game 5-0. The face-off is in the offensive zone with one second remaining in the second period. Do you pull the goalie for an extra attacker?
I was faced with this descision this past weekend.
