Heard about this series but haven't had time to check it out yet...

With Pee Wee's, a hard hat, work boots, a shovel, a badge of honour (pin), a goofy tie, a special practice jersey that the winner gets to wear until the next game... be creative as they would all work! Maybe you should think about awarding it to the hardest working player after each game; not just a win. Sometimes you can work really hard and the other team still wins!

You can make each award at the discretion of the coaching staff and move it around the room. At older levels, (midget), you (coaches) can award the first one after explaining the criteria to the team. Then the winner awards the next winner after the following game and hands over the _______. (Pee Wee's might not be 'mature' enough to make a decision - might be more of a popularity contest. But you can try!)
