Shoot before the hash marks and follow the shot for a rebound. Circle back and rebound for the next shooter. Description: 1. A skate with a puck toward red line. 2. BA pass to B, RA pass to C, GA pass to C who passes to B. 3. A skate laterally always facing the puck and get a return pass. 4. A shoot with the feet moving. 5. A follow the shot for a rebound. 6. A circle back and rebound for the next shooter. 7. D repeat from the other side. *After everyone has gone through all the options rotate the passers in the nzone.
