C3 Low 2-2-Regroup-2-2 and 3-2 ProW
Key Points:
Forwards use quick give and goes, protect the puck. D communicate, play the 2 on 2 man on man and the 3 on 2 with one 2-1 and one 1-1.
Description:
1. Forwards in the corners and D outside the blue line at each end.
2. D play a low 2 on 2 vs. the forwards.
3. On the whistle the coach spots a puck for the other two D.
4. Original 2 Fâs go back and regroup with the D in the nzone and attack 2 on 2 vs. the original 2 D.
5. After the regroup the second pair of D start the sequence again by going back into the zone and playing a low 2 on 2 vs. the forwards in the corner.
6. Do the same sequence but start with a 3 on 2 â regroup on the whistle â low 3 on 2.
7. Two new D come in when there is a low battle at each end.
