Hello Everyone,

Seeking your input.

Our organization is debating the issue if we should choose coaches and conduct player tryouts for the Travel teams at the end of this season (March), or at the beginning of the next (September). We are a Tier II.

Wondering what the pros and cons would be for this change to take place.

Thanks in advance for all your knowledge and thoughts.

I think you should seed the players now and use the seeding as the starting point for tryouts next fall. A lot of growth and development happens to young kid's in the summer and things can change.
